Looking for good content writers

I’m looking for content writers skilled in the following topics:
• Domain names marketplace, Website selling/buying successful websites, SitePoint interviews with the sellers - the articles are usually >200 words long, contain rich SEO keywords based on a previous analysis, is semantically written for SEO, will be digg submitted and stumbled after posting.
• “How to” articles guiding basic internet users to basic facts such as installing a new wordpress theme, computer security and basically everything related to computer fundamentals - this has to include a video with Camtasia or any other screen capturing software.
I’m paying the following:
- Article base price (This will be a low price definitely)
- Bonus if article hits over 100 diggs (I’ll double the initial price)
- Bonus if the article hits 1000 uniques in a day (I’ll triple the initial price)
The payment idea reveals one thing: Quality is paid 3x the price of just an article.
You must not:
- Copy any articles except quotated text.
- Buy/redirect junk traffic
- Apply if you have no passion for the website industry
- Apply if you have no knowledge about digg/stumble/youtube
