Adobe AIR (Apollo)
» written on September 2, 2008 at 1:21 pm, by ScorpionoAdobe AIR, well known as Apollo, is a cross-platform framework that allows web developers to create applications in HTML,JAVA,AJAX / Flash / Flex.
It’s great, I’ll learn this new technology, actually there is nothing new to learn, you just create HTML applications that stick to the desktop.
I’m planning on making my own RSS system, this way I can have all the webmaster marketplace on a big LCD screen that just sticks as an interactive wallpaper.
To run AIR applications you need: http://get.adobe.com/air/ 12MB size.
